Power of AI Series

Led the complete visual strategy and design for IMA’s “Power of AI” webinar series, a four-part event in partnership with leading organizations such as Sage and Coupa. The series explored how finance professionals can leverage AI, drawing 3,563 registrants, a 200% increase over previous IMA webinars. Recognized by ON24’s Webinars That Rocked (2024) for excellence in visual presentation.

Using AI, for AI

The webinar series focused on leveraging AI, I intentionally incorporated AI tools into the visual strategy to mirror the subject matter. Imagery was sourced from Adobe Stock and colorized to align with IMA’s brand palette. Using Photoshop’s generative AI, I expanded key visuals to create more immersive, digitally enhanced compositions. Each image was carefully curated and AI-augmented to visually echo the future-focused theme of the content it supported.

Content and Hype

To build momentum ahead of the first webinar, a comprehensive marketing campaign was developed to generate excitement and reach both IMA members and new, prospective audiences. Banners and ads were shared with content partners and volunteer members to feature during other webinars, helping expand the reach organically. Social countdowns were also created for the entire series and each individual course to keep the momentum going across channels..

Webinar Console

The webinars were hosted on ON24’s customizable platform, allowing for a fully branded experience. I designed a textured waveform background layered with opacity overlays to support key messaging and maintain visual clarity throughout the series.

This console design was recognized in ON24’s Webinars That Rocked 2024 as their favorite visual console of the year. "This is the Association of Management Accountants, you wouldn't think Accounting? Awesome console, look how cool that is."
